Product features and advantages:

ZGY suspension gear reducer is a kind of hard gear reducer, and the gear is made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel. The gear has the characteristics of high precision, high hardness, small size, large vehicle capacity, high efficiency, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance of ZGY710.100, and can be equipped with anti-reverse device. The input shaft of the reducer is connected with the motor by belt pulley, and the output is connected by single key of hollow shaft, which can replace electric drum as the power source of belt conveyor and hoist.

Maintenance method:

L-CKC150 intermediate gear oil is recommended for lubrication of reducer. When using the backstop, lubricating additives such as molybdenum disulfide should not be used in the reducer. After refueling, replace the new oil after running for 200 hours. Work continuously in the future, and change the oil every six months or every 2,500 hours.
